In the morning session of the symposium, which was held online in two sessions, human resources experts and education and clinical nurses from Private Cagsu and Fatma Hatun Hospitals, Memorial Hospitals, Güven Health Group and Vehbi Koç Foundation Health Institutions gave information to students about working conditions and career opportunities.

The need for robotic surgery nursing is increasing
Dilara Turgut, who works as an operating room nurse at Ankara City Hospital, gave information to the students about Robotic Surgery Nursing. Noting that the interest in robotic surgery is increasing, Turgut said, “Due to the advantages of robotic surgery and its impact on patient outcomes, developments in the world are taking place simultaneously in our country. In robotic surgery, although it is the surgeon who performs the surgery, it is the nurse who prepares the robot and helps control it. "The need for nurses trained in this field is increasing." she emphasized.
Working as Nursing Services Training and R&D Manager at Güven Health Group, Dr. Ahu Cırlak explained that she worked as a neonatal intensive care nurse and supervisor nurse at Başkent University Ankara Hospital between 2005 and 2010, and that since 2011, she has worked as a Training and R&D Manager at Güven Health Group, where she worked as a nurse in various branches. , shared how he took the career steps in his profession.
