The unit supervisors, training nurses and clinic responsible nurses of all public hospitals in the centre of Bolu who participated in the training programme were informed about the "nursing programme" by Prof. Dr. Yasemin YILDIRIM USTA, about the "introduction of the clinical practice guide" by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bedriye AK, about the "creation of a positive learning environment" by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Saadet CAN ÇİÇEK and about "leadership" by Dr. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Simge ÇOŞKUN PALAZ on "leadership". During the programme, academicians and clinical charge nurses exchanged information about the clinical practice processes of student nurses. In the highly productive programme, important steps were taken to improve the roles of charge nurses in clinical practice and their ability to act jointly in clinical / field practices and to improve clinical / field practices.
