A training titled “Stress-Disease Relationship and Management” was provided to Bolu Social Security Provincial Directorate personnel by our faculty member of the Department of Nursing, Department of Mental Health and Disease Nursing, Prof. Dr. Nazmiye Yıldırım, on November 04, 2024.
In the post-training evaluation, it was determined that the participants were in the 25-51 age group, 54.5% were women, almost half of them thought that the training should last longer, they thought the training environment was suitable, 82% found the training interesting and reported that they benefited at the same rate, and in addition to their satisfaction, they also reported that they needed training in effective communication, time management, personal development, and social psychology.
Bolu Social Security Provincial Director Mehmet Hanefi Taştan thanked Prof. Dr. Nazmiye Yıldırım for her efforts.
